Antix, one half of Vital Techniques and head honcho behind the Second to None Music, and Alkatraz, TWILITE resident and Radio Frequency Bass Veteran presents Adapt. Leeds' brand new forward looking Bass Music night at Beat Bar a brand new Leeds basement club, the intimate and raw surroundings playing host to a heavy weight purpose built Funktion One sound system situated in the centre of Leeds underneath the Merrion centre.

Friday 10th May sees the Adapt launch, the ethos is Bass
Garage // Dubstep // Grime // Drum&Bass // Jungle // Dub // Dancehall // UK House&Bass.

Classic meets future sounds ever adapting, evolving and developing all under one roof.

DJ STICKY ft. DRAPEZ - GARAGE LEGEND!!!!

Richard 'Sticky' Forbes built his reputation as one of the countries leading club music producers at the height of the UK Garage scene. His distinctive sound not only made his music unavoidable in the clubs during this era, but also launched the careers of a number of the UK’s leading talents including the Mercury Music Prize-winning Ms. Dynamite (the pair's collaboration "Booo!" is regularly cited amongst the greatest of UKG club classics). Sticky has had an endless numbers of club and chart hits featuring artists including Kele Le Roc, Stush, Tubby T and Twista. He has also remixed the likes of Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Aaliyah, Sugababes, Hot Chip, Erykah Badu and Tulisa, consistently making music which has you smiling as well as dancing.

In late 2011, Sticky signed with Big Dada. His first release with the label was the digital-only "Pedal Riddim," in December 2102. He is due to release his first album with the label in 2013.

LOST - HENCH Records

Born and bred in Croydon, Lost is one of the early additions to the acclaimed HENCH crew.

He started producing grime/garage, hosting his very own internet music show on MixingRadio.com - part of Mixing Records in Croydon, where the legendary Big Apple records store used to be . It was not long before his attention was caught by the burgeoning Dubstep movement; inspired by the sounds of Skream's "Lightening/Glamma" and Digital Mystikz's & Loafah's "Da Wrath" on the DMZ label; he turned his hand to Dubstep production early 2008.


As he immersed himself in the scene, it was not long before Lost was rubbing shoulders with the big boys, and his debut release "Neck Back" was released on Hatcha & N-Type's "Sin City records" label; the "Croydon Dubheads EP. After plays out on Kiss100, Lost was singled out by Dubstep/DNB don, Jakes, and asked to join the HENCH crew. Since then Lost has been in high demand for his music and traveled the world from Brooklyn, NYC, Sweden, Germany, Croatia, Paris to Malta, just to name a few. He's had releases on well established record labels such as HENCH, BlackBox, Sin City, OGS to top DJ's playing his music on BBC Radio 1, 1XTRA, Kiss100, ChoiceFm and also a well known face on GetDarker Tv. Lost is swiftly becoming a very promising star of the ever-growing Dubstep revolution's future!
