Yeah but the gameplay and map layout in Medieval 2 mimicked Rome haha. Each to their own, I've just always thought of the first two Total War games as vastly inferior to Rome and all that came after it

I recommend the stainless steel mod for medieval 2 if ur looking for a bigger map/more factions. You need kingdoms for it though.

Re: What game are you playing?
Just picked up a PS3 for cheap off my mate after mine breaking nearly a year ago.
Any recommendations ? Just picked up Mass Effect 3 for a tenner. (Preferably not games focused on Online play/content as I havent sorted that yet)
Was weighing up either Bioshock Infinite, Far Cry 3, or Arkham City.

Because if you haven't you should play them and then just forget the third installment exists.

Just discovered I have a store within a couple miles from my house that has tons of retro games. Like everything from Intellivision to modern, consoles and PC.
Snagged a copy of Chakan and Startropics this visit.

seriously if your pc can run it buy GTA:EFLC or the complete edition. at this price it really is worth it
the fun you can get out of this game is insane. there are still loads of fun multiplayer events being hosted online as well.

No worries bro, doesn't bother me that much. I just found it weird that you mentioned it for absolutely no reason

Re: What game are you playing?
Has anyone played Farcry 3 w/ a mobile GPU? I started it up about 2 months ago and there was a huge shading problem. Bout to reinstall it over the weekend, hopefully they've developed a patch that fixes the issue which I'm reseaching now. It's practically unplayable due to it being so damn distracting!

Re: What game are you playing?
i got it recently on ps3 but have yet to play it as i fear the screen tearing is gonna put me right off. just about to order it for my bro for his birthday on pc but pretty sure his rig will be able to handle it. i've heard of peps having to tweek the settings like mad to get it to run good on their pc.Redderious wrote:Has anyone played Farcry 3 w/ a mobile GPU?
