Robot movement sound

Hey there. I'm looking for samples or patches that are sounding like the quite high pitched noise that simulates a robot. I'm also grateful for any tips on how to create this sound (Check the video)

OR Get your iphone out and record some motirzed device moving or drill, and mangle/ptich that in your DAW using your favorite sampler.

OR Sample any of these noises from any of the transformer movies where they have a bunch of robots moving around.
