***OnOne Collective are looking to expand there team***

We are starting a number of new projects this year and need new members to help and and play a part in one of the newest North West collectives.

We need:

- New music blog writers for http://on-one-collective.com/ (Dub/Dubstep/House/Garage/DnB/HipHop)

- Fashion blog writers

- Art blog writers

- Art & Decor members for events

- Illustrators & designers for branding

- Website designers for the brand new redesign

- General labourers in return for free entry etc..

As a collective we are aiming to have a multitude of nights with a different feel to each one and we need creative individuals to help us achieve this and make it truly amazing!

We are running numerous events so currently it acts like more of a platform for information on them and the exclusive mixtapes...

We are looking for fashion writers because we want to move it into more of an arts collective and as much as it might affect your manliness fashion is an art too. Don't worry reading about clothes wont actually make you gay...

I guess you need to ask whether you need to have another blog.

If so - then what gap are you filling? Are you planning on doing something different to what already exists - since there are a HUGE amount of music blogs already - covering so many aspects of bass music and the culture.

I'd like to see you succeed and get this off the ground - but unless you have a think about your strategy and what you want to achieve with it - then you'll struggle.

A general call-for-writers on DSF might not get you much reward - but genuinely checking current writers out, and approaching them individually about perhaps featuring on your blog, or getting a collective together of like-minded people - and you'll probably have a better and more consistent chance at it.
