Not sure what you mean. I could give a crap about a genre. Genre seems to have hijacked this thread because I mislabeled in the OP.
150bpm does not exist

There is a science behind it. For instance everybody knows that a song needs a pH within the range of 3-11 any thing outside that range is too strong and completely falls apart in water. 150 bpm makes the song acidic, because if you take the negative log of 1.50 you get a ph of -2.1760912590556812420812890085306. Since there is no basic species in the solution that is the total pH. Now you may be sitting there and wondering about all of the other bpms. The answer to that question lies withing the fact that kick drums and snares are strong bases. Since there is a large molarity of kick drums and snares the problem becomes simple stoichiometry with the [OH-] in excess. This brings the pH of House to about 6.23, Dubstep 7.34, and Drum & Bass at about 8.40. That is why we don't have 150 bpm.

It is kinda interesting how 150 bpm is no man's land. i actually have a collection of random trax at 150 for use in dj sets when i want to progress thru tempos.

'born slippy' is still a better tune than half of the swamp/new-garage/t3echo shit wave that's going on in the uk.

legend out.

a base is in the ph range of 7 up and acids are in a ph range of 7 down, so house is acidic.
