Yeah BUT most of the Orchestral performances in the last 500 years include some sort of flute as well as the strings... I lean to kidshuffle. The violin almost overtook in 2002, but Jenny From The Block shored things up for flute-kind.

Actually, does a tuned bell count?

Man cant test my Aqualung! As if your violins are all so Vaness-aMaezing.

Actually, I reckon for a human born now you might be right. Strings seem to be used in almost tv shows somewhere.

Maybe it depends on how precious we're getting about instruments... does a 'modern' metal flute count the same as an old fashioned wooden one? Do lutes and mandolins qualify as a proto-guitars? Can I call a Spinnet or a Harpsichord a Piano?

I'm only confident in the fact that it's probably not Dion Dublin's Dube:

A flute is a flute regardless of the material used to make it, but no to the rest of that.

If your guess that I might be right for a human born now then at what year in the past does that statement start to become wrong - have more people lived in the 'violin age' than the 'flute age'?

If I take anything away from this i'm just glad you didn't call me 'Thick as a Brick' or Nigel Kunterdy!

The Holocene Violin Era was officially ratified when Galvanize by The Chemical Brothers was used at the 2012 Olympics Opening ceremony.

It's due to continue until 2148 when it's largely predicted that they'll be overtaken by the Roland 808 causing international riots over whether software clones of analog synths really count.

I've heard abour people buying likes on Facebook and accounts of dead people liking brands but I didn't know it's the same case with Soundcloud. I just saw I'm following a guy there's no way I would like even if he'd be the last living producer https://soundcloud.com/3qtr Wack indie :q: Do you think my like has been nought or am I exaggerating because I follow more than 1000 and can't keep track of what I "like"?

why would you ever follow 1000 people. theres no way you listen to that much music.

unless you do that thing where you follow a fuckton of people hoping a fraction follow you back
