I think what he meant to say that after the years and several sessions like these people would realize how important it is to organize the inner groups that would stand against the violence through that period of 12h, creating hideouts with food, proper medical aid, playing Anti War Dub inside and etc.
Personally I would rather stay at a place like that than face my chances vs. the world.
