Martinez hasn't done all that tbh. His team got relegated and he was lucky to win the cup. He's not a top 8 manager, give him the Stoke RUFC job instead.

Well the whole thing is that Everton have no money and are basically as good as they're going to get, as Southampton manager Pocettino's probably getting the same salary plus room to grow, lower expectations whereas with everton the best you could do is to stay where they are.

btw martinez has achieved more than pocettino has anyway.

Martinez has acheived more with Wigan than Arsenal have in the last 6 years. Results aren't everything
IMO Martinez is decent at coaching the attacking side of the game but his teams have always been absolutely awful in defence. That's why they always struggle.
