I still rate Blipstream above those, Oskilatah runs a close second though

yeah and how many other guys have posted in the thread saying "GOTTUH LISTN ON A SYSTEM M8"
to be fair u do have to listen to music like this on a system (even tho i was hating on that james blake track a few pages ago).... u cant apprecite something like badman vip sittin ur bedroom with some poxy subs or with headpohnes....just doesnt translate. same with over my head, never haerd it on a system ( :'( :'( ) but i imagine its pretty awesome
i don't know man, a tune isn't just automatically gonna be better because it's played through a system. like i said earlier, i still thought 26 basslines was overrated even when i did hear it on a system.
yes it is going to be better,, the system is everything that's the whole point.

I wouldn't say those tunes are the best he's ever made, good tunes and i play them a lot, but they are all a bit repetitive. They work well in a set, but not so much when listening to alone.

these two do a lot more to me.

same case with 26 basslines, it works mixed, but when you start actually listening to it, it's not all that

Here's a few:-

Majority of Kahn, Commodo, Burial and Kode9 except for 9 samurai
Mala - In Luv
Mala - Alicia
Mala - Answer Me
Mala - Miracles
Mala - 2 Much Chat
Mala - Pathways
Mala - Da Wrath
Coki - Goblin
Coki - Spongebob
Coki's DGIT 1 & 2 (except Celestial Dub)
Loefah - Jungle Infiltrator EP except for Life Dub
Skream - Midnight Request Line (still an absolute tune- but to say it is the best dubstep tune ever is absurd and ridiculous.
Skream - Make Me
Skream - Outside the Box LP
A lot of Skream material except for a few standouts like traitor, indistinct, the bug, dutch flowerz, dub period, 0800 dub, stagger, who r those guys, blipstream, rutten, trapped in a dark bubble/ tippa (this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfSmz4SDwSs and a few others.
Pinch - Qawwali
Pinch - Punisher
Swindle - Do the Jazz :a:
James Blake - Changes :a:

Benga & Coki - Night, Loefah - The Goat Stare, Mala - Anti War Dub are tunes that I think deserve their appraisal. Midnight Request Lines deserves its appraisal until people say it was the biggest tune made, then that's going too far.

Not saying they're all bad tunes, just too overpraised.

i'd say for a tune to be overrated requires an "above average" exposure. a lot of the tunes from your list i haven't heard being played out and/or talked about in ages (Make Me, Pathways, Wrath, DGIT, ...), so therefor i wouldn't call them overrated.
and who actually rates outside the box?

lol @ that list. so basically anything that's not like a forgotten about tune qualifies as overrated. but like baddis said, haven't seen some of those tunes mentioned for quite some time now: da wrath, punisher, forgive, make me, pathways, most of kode9's dubstep - except for 9 samurai ironically - and lol noone ever mentions skream's outside the box lp (gotta admit reflections is probably my favourite tune of his)

i do agree that kahn is overrrated as fuck. and anthems like anti-war dub or mrl (0800 dub is much better imo)
do the jazz and changes are just wack tho

Coki's Bob's Pillow isn't forgotten and I didn't put that on the list.... And early Mala stuff like Pathways/Da Wrath when they were played out were overrated, I preferred tunes like Adultz Only, Sundayz, Big Leg Movement and Cowboy Dub more. And Qawwali is overrated, it's not the ultimate masterpiece that everyone makes it out to be- great track, but not an absolute masterpiece in my opinion.
