Know what ur chattin bre, but just saying, I think Wolf's got a point, seems if you get any sort of success, you've got two options. Ride it hard, make the money while you think you can, and then dip when the bubble bursts, or stay true to the heads who are smaller in number, but will support you financially for yearsssssss.

£2k a set is pretty cushty TBH

obviously not as much as 'edm' superstars or whatever but it's hardly scraping by when you think how many gigs the bigger underground djs play

2k per set would be nice.

But that's pretty much the big label owners etc.

400 a set and you need to be getting gigs pretty consistently to live off.

A set a week at £400 (more realistic) and that'd be just over £20k to live on.

I imagine the people that are demanding a couple of grand a set are likely to play a set a week at least, aren't they?

It's a gravy train...the bigger your profile, the more you can command for booking fees, the more exposure you have, which grows your profile.
