It's a few years old and I think it only got a fairly small pressing, it's proving very tricky to find.

Same, used to get it all the time. I'm normally all stocked up with cocodamol so its not too bad, this time was grim cause I had no painkillers, got about 2 hours sleep last night sweating, shivering and dribbling like a spaz.
