nice pad work too

Sounds like a great tune that's missing some defining character like snippets from a vocal sample (maybe a film sample?)

and maybe mix up those little melody's in the second half - maybe bring in a new element?
safe guys, i'll get on the look out for film samples haha
American Psycho has a good sample but i think daddy loefah has used it already.

delegations is wicked, mala esq vibes... i think the shaker sounds pretty standard, would focus on making it more organic if anything.

I feel like a dick posting yet another tune without giving some feed back so...
johney wrote:could use some feedback on this, I'm not too sure about the drums

The drums are sick, just need beefing up and i feel like a deeper kick would fit better. theyre too quiet compared to the sub and id like a bit more dimension on the snare's like all panned differntly and that. plus those keys need to be louder
some fx and shit on the intro to shift it along aswell :)
ehbrums1 wrote: one not so finished: any advice is welcome as im a bit stuck on it

Think the start needs to be less like 32 onwards, well the sub anyway. kinda like remove a few of the 808's to keep space for 32(which is FAT i might add, sick swing with the hats) liking the melody aswell!

Kid shuffle, that lovely lady tune is sick mate. such a nice vibe. would only like a bit of the resonance taken off one of those notes.

and to my tune
Soundcloud
Made this the other night and before I mix it and ultimately finish it, can I get some ears please. kinda different to my usual things :)

pretty tight ehbrums, maybe a tad too slow in my oppinion. You can kind of here the space between the hits in the break. Like the envelopes on the hits are a bit too tight. I would either speed up the tempo or underline the break with some vinyl crackle or sidechained noize.
It sounds dope though.

Gewze
Thats dope. The kick is somehow a bit drowned out or maybe high passed a bit. Could do with some more weight.
