Wonder if Hinge cleared the sample? If not then that's some fairly large exposure... bit dangerous.
They didn't clear samples on their albums either, but that doesn't mean much 20 years and a few Grammys later.

Eh? I meant cleared the original tune and the possibility of this causing problems for Blawan if not. I just remember a lot of controversy over it being released on white label or not being released at all because the sample a year or 2 ago.
