oh yeah and am i the only one without a hotel or are there others who are gonna brave it too?

think my brother's out there at the same time as me so might be able to steal some space on the floor of his room...

oh and DJ THC can't make it any more

for those without a place to stay..the easiest thing is to just hit the vvv (tourist info) at the airport or centraal stations, they book hotels and hostels, of course the earlier you arrive the easier this is...Bob's has beds first come first serve, cancellations happen, and soemtimes there are a few extra beds avaiable, even on friday night, it doesnt hurt to stop by and check. i will not be there, for some reason ive decided to take the weekend off

most hostels do not put all of there beds online for sale, so even if it says its not available, that just means the beds theyve allocated to the website have been sold, for us its only about 20% of our beds, the other 80% is sold walk in... calling direct to the hostels is a good option too...

i put a bunch of links in the previous post of some good reputable hostels, but there are dozens of others, if you just come into town, try the vvv or try Warmoestraat (its near centraal station in the redlight district) there are 6 or 8 hostels along this street so its a good place to check.

but dont stress it, no one should really have too much trouble getting a room or a bed in somewhere in amsterdam this weekend.

i suppose to have shifted the days im working so i could do this.. but my manager forgot to communicate with whoever does the rota's so im working friday... hahaha hthats what they think... ill be in dam before the sun is up.. fuckers.... dead end jobs .. don't get involved with them be broke untill you find something that you really want to do.

just so you know, there is no 24 hours coffeesop - they all close at or before 1 am. there are shitloads of benches around town however
