i'd recommend company of heroes, its one of the best rts games i've played recently. the teams are really well balanced and its challenging. i've done a bit of the main story mode but the skirmish mode is way more fun. you get howitzers and all sorts of rockets, lots of phat explosions!! :D

i'm loving rise of nations too, i've played so many hours of that on lan as well. get unlimited population mod and put the computer on hard and its challenging as fuck!

been doing a bit of unrealed mapping too. i've been working on a remake of the stack level from goldeneye multiplayer on the n64. j'aime!

it's brilliant. the single player story is great and multiplayer is too much fun

the expansion's coming out soon too - british units and german campaign, should be sick! it'd be better if they moved it outside of europe, maybe africa (how brilliant would afrikacorps vs monty's boys be?!) but it still seems good from the beta

bioshock's story is great but its not that revolutionary a game like they were billing it. it's the same old get from A to B and collect item C sort of thing.

its for unreal tournament 2004. i love making maps for shit on the unreal engine, like unreal tournament 1 and deus ex all the way up to ut2004. that isn't a picture of the map i'm doing at the moment but i might put one up some time, its looking sweeeeeet!

definately get coh, its a bit like a 3d version of sudden strike if you ever played that (i want them to make another sequel!). i love the ww2 rts games, there just ain't enough of them!

did anyone else have trouble getting C&C3 to work? i paid nuff money for that and it doesn't work on my pc (vista) or laptop (not good enough gfx card) and i really wanted to play it.

That is a big game.

I quit playing Final Fantasy XII in January out of frustration with an unmappable dungeon and picked it up again recently.

i still want to complete final fantasy 8. never got past disk 3 cos it was a little scratched and kept jibbing out on the same cutscene!
been playing the old call of duty 1 online recently, i forgot how much fun that game was. it seems so much fairer than CSS where you can get headshot-ed really quickly and have to wait for 5 minutes til the end of the round

lol, let me guess what you do for a living ;-)

I applied to test games once...dunno what it pays out there, but around here you make more money being homeless.
