Veeery basic stuff, basically there's 3 layers to a snare that you have to make: 1. The transient, so it will punch through nicely 2.The body (the ~200hz stuff) and 3. The stuff to fill out the higher frequencies. In this case it's just noise, but it could be a clap or whatever.
To make the transient, I usually just make a very rich sounding waveform, shape the amp envelope so it's a super short hit (a transient.. haha) and then I will distort, eq, compress, whatever I feel is needed. I dont have a set fx chain

Then there's the body, it's just a sine with a tiiny bit of distortion. The amp env of this has a super short attack, so it peaks right after the transient, then a short release.
And in this case I just layered some noise with almost the same amp envelope as the body, compressed it all, tiny bit of waveshaper and bounce
