do those things actually help you lose a gut though!? i think youre better off munchin on fruits and veggies all day. or making your own food for lunch. never liked those processed meat and gross tasting sauce things. but if theyre working, go for it.

Well, the Lean Cusines by itself, no. I still have to exercise and all that (not that I'm doing much of that, either), and watch what I eat throughout the day.

I'm a hopeless carnivore, though. I *need* some kind of meat during the day.

...though I'm sure it's that mentality that's put me in the position to have a gut to lose in the first place.

this is where perk the health freak comes out and takes over...if i knew your schedule, id plan out a meal plan for you to help you out..im obsessed with foods and staying fit and healthy. or losing weight. if you like meats, then you should really stick to white meats. lots of lean protein in chicken breasts. no processed meat! ew. or even some pork. or turkey. skip the red meat. cows arent arent any good for you. but remember to mix it up with a lot of fresh veggies.

mornings you should always have SOMETHING. it really is your fuel for your day and helps keep your system working properly. think about it...you sleep for how many hours. that whole time your system has nothing. you wake up and still dont put something in your belly which means its going into starvation mode till you eat. in that time, your stomafch will also shrink(not allowing you to eat much-if thats what you wanna do!)....if you dont want food in the morning, then try something like a smoothie. or a shake with some pb and nonfat yogurt. sooo good.

lunch seems great.

dinner sounds good too....

if you still got a gut though...maybe try getting your but up and doing some exercise! itll give you more energy too. :) and if you drink, try something with less carbs. or switch to liquor. (just be careful of the mixers your using then)..

Mother did always say "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"

I think its the tihing where, i really do need the excercise, its not so much of what i eat.. well kebabs cant be all that good for me, but i used to walk everywhere, partial to a bit of bike riding too..

but since i started this music ting, all ive been doing is producing.

doesnt seem to be time for extra curricular activities anymore.

oh, would help if i stil had a bike.

EDIT: The idea of a shake in the moning is fcuking brilliant. Im going to have to research this.

if you want shake ideas def just do a goodle for like "breakfast shake" or something. i am a veggie so i need my extra protein. im partial to the preotein shakes with a lot of PB and a banana and nonfat vanilla yogurt. you can add anything to it though. go to a fitness place and get some stuff to mix in with it. mega green is amazing for the body. if you prefer fruit....get on making killer smoothies. SO good.

nah son. i would be downing all of those right now if i had em. 8)
And you would be blasted! I had a half of a "Stoner's" (Snicker's + THC) Bar one day and went record shopping... spent 3+ hours in the same section at Amoeba and didnt buy a thing cause I couldnt make up my mind. And I have a good tolerance for that kinda thing, usually. Those candy bars are dangerous. But soooooo tasty!
