Mac, I use a PC but it took me 2 days to get rid of a virus I had and for that reason alone I'll be going Mac next time I buy a new laptop.

Get a shit hot pc - but make sure you use firefox only and have superduper anti virus and anti spyware shit (esp if you are looking at porn)

PC notebook. For reasons Ashley said and also with the price difference you can get better components (Compare what you'd get for $1,000 on a PC notebook vs a $1,000 MAC)..
