Destroid Wasteland Intro synth thing

I'm trying to create something along the lines of the intro synth in Destroid's Wasteland. It's the wobble-y sound right after the horn.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8OICbb0lpQ You can hear it in the background 0:05 into that video. I'm new here so if I posting this as a thread is a no-no, feel free to just delete or lock the thread, sorry:/
EDIT: Since I'm already asking dumb questions, anyone know where I can find Horn samples like those?

That's just a melody, not a single sound. Couldn't tell you how to get it though, sorry.
