Lindell Audio "Anlogue Special" Webcast featuring Break (Symmetry / Ram / Metalheadz)
Thursday August 1st @7PM (GMT+1)
Sometimes the term "Game Changer" is slightly overused in the pro-audio world, quite often without just cause. This could not however be levelled at this week's webcast guests, Lindell Audio as new 500 series modules have made high end analogue processing accessible to the home studio user.
Lindell Audio was estabished by Tobias Lindell in 2010, initally making boutique hardware units such as the 17X, in which he took the classic Urei 1176 FET compressor and set about adding additional functionality to industry wide acclaim.
Jump forward to 2013 and Tobias has developed a range of 500 series "Lunchbox" units, which Still using top quality components, but with a streamlined, ultra-efficient production facility, Lindell has brought boutique quality analogue processing to a level that is affordable for the even the most modest home setup.
We'll have Phil Skins from Nova Distribution in the studio, and we also have Drum and Bass producer 'Break' demonstrating how he integrates the Lindell modules into his digital studio..
Bristol based producer Break is well known for his label Symmetry Recordings and tracks like "Hot Love" on Andy C's Ram Records and "Just a Game" with Mikal on Metalheadz.
And if all that isn't enough, We'll also be taking a peek at Warm Audio's new Tonebeast preamp and 500 series module!
The iOS frendly chatroom will be open as usual for you to quiz the experts about the products, with the HD video stream starting at 7pm.
If any of the demonstrated products might tempt you into dipping your toe into the analogue realm then as always, there will be special, one-time-only deals on everything featured, but you can only access these from the webcast page on the night of the broadcast.
