A 4 chan DJ mixer capable of connecting 4 vinyl turntables?
I'm currently looking to upgrade my set up from my current mixer (a 2 channel Pioneer DJM-350) to a 4 channel mixer with the hope of one day getting 4 vinyl turntables.
I first though this would be simple, just buy a 4 channel mixer right?
When me and my mate combined our set ups together the other day (4x 1210's and a 4 channel Pioneer DJM-600) we found that only 3 of the channels supported phono and the final channel only supported line/cd. This meant that we could only connect 3 of the 4 turntables.
With this new mixer i'm hoping to buy i want the possibility to one day have 4 vinyl turntables all connected at once. A quick google search brought up nothing useful so I was wondering if you guys knew of any?
Cheers!

How comes the eq's messed up what's wrong with it?
Re: A 4 chan DJ mixer capable of connecting 4 vinyl turntabl
4 channel EQ, so you've got Low, Low-Mid, High-Mid, High
Take's a bit of getting used to.

Well they're a bit awkwardly split. I mean not awful just not the best allen and heath did.

I really like the EQs on them, though it is a bit different if you're only used to three band

You can always use the DJM-600 with a Serato or other brand DVS setup and use the vinyl pass through feature.
Since DVS signal is a line signal like a CD deck you can use all 4 channels on the DJM-600.
Best of every world in the realm of DJing that way, whilst still using and having access to all your wax

You could go with any 4ch mixer and use 1 or more phono amps and then connect to line in.
Another thing you could do, since you have only 2 tt's now is buy tt's which have an internal amp, so line out. I have 2 Synq XTRM1's, really nice tt's. They have a switch on the back so you can hook them up on a phono in, or line in. The motor is super strong and overall i prefer them over technics 1200/1210.
These turntables are Super OEM, the same motor and housing as Reloop 6000's, stanton str8 150, Omnitronic DD5250 and a couple more. Don't know if they all come with the line/phono switch though.
with these tt's it doesn't matter which mixer you use. I use these synq's and 1 technics 1200 on a djm700.
Cheers!
