Cubase slicing help

Post by cryptic » Fri Sep 14, 2007 4:14 pm

I loved fruity loops for the slicer that they had with it. You lobbed a sample in and and it would chop it and and assign each chopped sample to your keyboard!

Im sure you can do this in cubase, anyone lean me in the right direction?

You can slice em up, Recycle style, in the sample editor. Can't map them across the keyboard though. Battery can, feed it REX files. So can Kontakt and I'll bet MachFive, Halion, Guru, etc etc etc
