Piano One is the only decent one I've got.

Oh yeah, that and the Kontakt player.

Yup, Kontakt player (which conveniently turns into Kontaks demo version :6: )

Dune BE; Full synth minus the onboard effects.

Synthmaster CM; If youre too cheap to buy the full version, theres no reason you shouldnt have this.

Camel Crusher; duh.

Anything by TAL.

Anything by Uhe.

Klanghelm; Since they dont make demos they just offer very stripped down free versions of there software. Side note; there DC8C might be one of the best comps out right now. Period.

If you play guitar or are looking for amp sims that dont shit like shit (ie. guitar rig), check out LePoulin. Some of the best amp sims out there. All free. All amazing. Nick Crowe makes some good stuff also.

Tokyo Dawn; Feedback comp is awesome.

And of course, Voxengo Span and LSR level meter. Because everyone needs some good metering options.

The only freeware I have and use is Voxengo SPAN.
I'm in FL so built in + Harmor/Sytrus really covers all the bases.

I'd recommend:
Crystal VST
Synth1
Ambience
RoughRider
FrOHMage

Seeing as a lot of really cool freeware is win only, anyone have any experience with things like plugwire? I hear its a bitch to set up, but is it worth it?

SHHH! Don't tell 'em about Tweakbench! My all time favorite synth came from him. Not gonna say which one, but will say that the randomize patch setting is the first and still the greatest of any VST I've ever used. ;-)

And by "use" we take it that you're fapping to 'em, yes? ;-)

Because yes, his plugs haven't been all that useful to me sonically since the turn of the century sad to say.

Wait, was he the one that did the EVP (ghost communication) one too besides the hentai-skinned stuff?

I tried it out just now :o

I regularly use P8, synth1, TAL stuff, some mda stuff, kjaerhus plugins, glitch vst.
and some other stuff occasionally, just weird stuff to try out like crazy ivan lol you can find all sorts of odd stuff through kvr if you like to experiment.

Haha... I got the sickest patch with the randomize button on Crazy Ivan but I forgot to save it and now I can't replicate it... :u:
