just been refused a credit card for the second time in 2 months.

Had 2 credit cards last year with about £5000 of available credit, payed full balance every month. WHAT THE FUCK

Sent a publication a vector PDF (129kb) and now they're asking for a high res version because anything under 500kb is low resolution. Fucking hell. Can't be arsed explaining this again.

That's basically what I did. I sent her a tagged image and I told her to send both files through to their digital delivery and they'll know what to do.
