RUNWAY. pleeeeease.

and Volvic would be immense. As would 2 Much Chat or Jah Power. Don't see these 3 happening ever though (hope I'm wrong).

Speaking of never gonna happen, can you imagine if it was DMZ vs MZN? I'd cry.

I get people wanting Jah Power to stay a dub but I couldnt resist having it to play out at home, I dream about this plate being released. Jah Power / Chalice or Light One would be madness.

Expect Coki's bit to be a new one like Coral reef tho as someone mentioned. Body Clock Delay seems likely as well seeing as Mala played it out nearly in its entirety on that essential mix. Bit underwhelming if that happens really, would prefer many other dubs instead: Drunken swagger, Dun Stinky, Adultz Only, Bun Da System, 5 minutes later, 2 Much Chat, Cowboy Dub etc etc.

any one of bun da system, jah power, drunken swagger and tombstone from mala

and chalice from coki

i was a firm believer in keeping those tunes as dubs so when you hear them out theyre special but when chef played jah power dub at system didnt seem that special, didnt even get reloaded.

so fuck it just release em.

who cares what tracks are on it anyway, we're all gonna buy it regardless.
i'd rather debate what colour sticker is gonna be on it...

its nailed on to be purple this tme.. :w:

The system was far too quiet when Chef played, would have been far better and got a much better reaction if it was turned up.

yeah i agree, vivek only seems to turn it up for his sets so in that case we aint gonna see none of these special dubs up loud at the best night we got in london for this sound.

release dem

Biggest unreleased tune ever imo. I'd probably cry tears of joy too if it got a release!

Yeah when he dropped that I was thinking it didn't sound quite right. Still a classic set, played bare old dubs, but yeah the power wasn't there for some tunes, still loved hearing Chalice and Light one on that rig. Somebody said before maybe it was the fact it was on cd, seem to remember when Mala dropped it at carnival one last year went off much more.

Tune has tooo much weight, it's meant for vinyl.

I was thinking the other day, I know the last few bits he's put on his soundcloud have been a bit dodgey, but I was just thinking how many bangers Coki has made in just the last couple of years.

Marduk
Badness
Revolution
Haymaker
Madman
Nneka remix
Voodoo Dolls
Spooky
Onboard
Mid June Madness

Even back to Horrid Henry, Tree Trunk and Ransom tune on that Future Bass comp.

And that's not even counting his LP.

I'm ok with letting the questionable ones slide

Yeah completely agree, I'm gonna ad Bob's Pillow to that list too, brilliant tune imo.

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

What about Gangsta for life/ Mavado - Wah Dem A Do ?
Bobs pillow :corndance:
I think if you have so many good tunes, you kind of expect to not hear anything awful after awhile.

Agree, the mastering on that release is bad.
Mastering on Marduk is 10/10 though, sounds large.
