How should one set the pitch of Comb filter in Massive?

I know that playing things in the right key is essential to making a good tune of any genre, but when it comes to the comb filter in Massive, I am perplexed by how to properly set it so that it plays in the same key as the tune the patch is in. Does it even matter?

Also, why do people always put Skrillex and deadmau5 together and think it would be awesome, it wouldn't.

No secrets, I just play the tune whilst tweaking it until it sounds good.
