I really like the sounds in the second one, willing to share how you made them?

Ok, so my reese was a bit of educated guessing and a touch of luck.

Started out with the dodge and fuski reese, played around with it a little bit...can't remember exactly what i did though, just tried to make it sound different

put on a Parametric eq 2 and automated a band to sweep through to give it a little bit of movement (learnt that here, thanks guys!)

This was the bit of luck, i added an mda talkbox...just to see what happend and it gave the whole thing that vocal quality that i wanted. put the wet mix to about 110%.

After that, I added camelcrusher, just used the overdrive. Then a dimension expander plugin and a stereo imager to add the width.

Fruity flanger, automated the wet mix in the plugin to kind of follow the eq. Also, a monstachorus, left it at the default setting.

Used a fruity fast LP for the 'wobble' so it was really easy to change the rate when i wanted to switch it up.

After this, i layered the vocal sounding reese, with a resampled version that had the talkbox, flanger, chorus, exapander and imager turned off. leaving the lfo so they would move together.

Routed them both to a channel and eq'd them to let the sub and snare through....usual stuff.

the track is a rough version, can only mix on headphones right now so its not the best mixdown.

Sorry if thats long but i'm not the best at explaining this kind of thing!

Cheers.

Made a reese bass that sounds like the one in "MakO & Protostar - No Fire"

The remarkable thing about this bass is that it was made entirely in Massive with absolutely no external effects.

Massive is great...

NEW SONG listen please:)

Found a program that does some trippy things.... made some weird ass noises which are perfect for reeses and some nice womp noises. Beware the audio file is has some harsh nosies(dont play at a high volume) and dont listen to the track on the media fire player... sounded like shit. Same thing happened when i uploaded it to sound cloud. To much epicness going on :Q:

If you wondering,I imported a nosia( could this be) song just because the wav was on my desktop and wanted to see what the program did to audio.

Thats all! Post some results if you try resample a couple of sound :i:

I found a pretty dope reese making program too. Its made by an independant VST creator group. They just released it a few months ago and its not popular at all, i think its like 20 bucks. Its a really dope plugin. I can link you if you're interested. :) And that resampling stuff, dang i can just imagine the stuff i could use it in wow.

That would be nice man!

I thought it was pretty sick with the out come :corndance: literally played around for 2 mintues with out knowing anything and then that cluster fuck of sounds came out. Layering some of thoes stuff with resampling will make a crazy reese.

Back from a week long hunting trip, here is a neat reese that took me like an hour to work out.

Soundcloud

So this was a bit complicated, but once I work on remaking this a few times I will figure out how to make it simpler, then I will share details.

Pretty nice ^ ^ ^ ^

Here's a pretty sick sounding reese that I recently made. The preview also includes a kind of flutter bass that Joe Ford uses.

it sounds like one of the michael norris plugins but I haven't gone through them all so I'm not sure which ones could get close to this sound.
