Hello,
I'm just wondering what the difference is between featuring (eg. Vanguard (Ft. King Minos) - Bullwack) as opposed to collaboration (Vanguard - Bullwack & King Minos)? I assume that if it's a vocalist featured on the track, they probably just did their bit over a completed track, but I guess I'm wondering what the difference is when it's one producer featuring another vs. collaborating?
I tried googling already, and searching this forum, so I hope I'm not asking something that's been answered already.
I'm also partly asking because I recently produced a beat for a rap acapella I found online, and I'm not sure what the best way to credit the rapper is.
Thanks for your help!

Re: Difference Between Featuring and Collaborating
i'm not quite sure myself
I've seen collabs and features on the same track (N-Type & Seven ft. Youngsta) where the feature wasn't even a vocalist, so to me the definition of each seems to be a bit unclear.
