The site's owners stopped allowing new registrations after 2009 or something for some reason... until recently, where it became evident the window of opportunity had just been abused by bots selling kitchens for every semi-major city and upwards Fucking hilarious, I wonder why DSF hasn't had the same problem though

So Doa is officially gone...

It will most likely not be coming back but they've made a freeboard forum for anyone wanting to return and start off fresh. Should be a great fresh start for something new but such gems of threads are lost. That website had a big influence in music.
