 All good man, I was about to start sniping you but then I realized that it probably locked on to me by accident, that's why i just got another chopper and started blasting those cops on your tail. Come to find that's a really good tactic for getting the award for blowing up helis lol.
I don't get why it seems to lock on to other players in aircraft but not on the ground or in land vehicles like it does with cops and enemies.. Means I have to rely on my crappy free-aiming when I'm trying to claim a bounty or get some revenge .

The inviting friends to your apartment works btw! Was able to buzz Kruptah in while I was hiding out with a bounty on my head. Haven't got the money from it yet though as my Ps3 crashed again and I went to sleep.
Spamoni wrote:@Laszlo, I actually prefer to be as close to others as possible during Survivals. When you got 4 people watching 4-8 different angles it makes the whole process much easier. Some advice: Use the shit out of cover and be patient. I see tons of people get whacked fast cus they wanna have the most kills per round... the point is to survive, not be rambo :W:
This seems to be a big problem for me when playing with 3-4 players on Boneyard.. My spot near that bus gets me no kills so I usually die trying to run into the middle of shit from wave 4. I've also made a decision to give up on RPGs for good on survival after what happened in the Railyard . Taken down quite a few choppers now but none with an PRG lol.
You can also invite players to your apartment by holding select, bringing up that menu, if you're in your apartment you'll see "Invite to Apartment" option and it invites them straight in, skips having to buzz them up.

I dunno if you noticed where I stay at on Boneyard but imo it's the perfect spot, decent amount of kills and good protection from the helis, awesome thing is that it's big enough for 2 people. I've beaten wave 10 with just 2 people camping this spot.

EDIT: also, sorry to say this Intro, but watching you blow yourself up with that RPG yesterday was hilarious. I was trying to tell you that was a bad shot but you can't hear me when I'm dead

Didn't even see her and I don't even know what the other side of the boneyard looks like, I just jam in that spot and take care of business :D
That level is the only one i've completed (twice now). Easy money!

I'll be back on in a bit - need a pit stop

Yeah I got the cover thing sorted now, at least on boneyard. Some of the other levels i'm not used to i'll think i'm behind cover and then the baddies just spawn behind me and cap the shit out of me.
I've taken out four or five helicopters now but all by shooting the pilots. I use the RPGs on any trucks that roll up.

TeamHobbson - not sure i'm one of your favourites but yeah, i'm on non-clunky-as-fuck-controllers ps3 :P

Badass, most of the maps have several prime spots to kick it. The hardest one I've found is out in BC, can't remember the name but it's a little town, with one story buildings, mostly homes and those fuckers spawn EVERYWHERE! Was doing a few nights ago with Intro and Kruptah, I kept getting my ass handed to me no matter where I took cover.

Maybe its time to upgrade to fingers-never-slip-off-triggers xbox then eh.

You are a favorite.

This is not the start of a xbox vs ps3 argument, but L2 and R2... What the fuck were they thinking?

I totally agree, I personally like the PS3 better than xbox 360 (I've owned both) but what the fuck indeed, was Sony thinking when it comes to L2 and R2, the triggers work so much better

Right, I've saved up all my pocket money and have got a little over $200,000. Should I buy a place now or save a bit more?

Depends on what you're looking for in an apartment. If all you care about is having the planning room for hiests then buy the 200k apartment. If you care about having a view of the city or country side, I'd save some more.I saved up for the 391K eclipse tower apartment b/c it has the best view of Downtown LS, absolutely in love with the view at night

I'm more concerned with the garage capacity but a view does sound nice... Perhaps i'll wait.
