From their infancy back in 1997, Ice Cream Records helped to carve the way for the ever so vibrant and healthy UK urban scene that can be seen and heard today. During the mid-to-late 90's, Ice Cream released some all time underground classics including, 'Deep Inspiration', 'Obsessed', 'Work It', 'Club Traxs vol.1', 'The Players', and 'Move To Jersey'.

Fast forward to Autumn 2013, and the Ice Cream machine aims to continue on its legacy at Watch The Ride, and with R.I.P.'s DJ Omar behind the wheels offering up some of the highest quality UK underground dance music around its going to be epic.

\/\/ DJ Spookz (No Hats No Hoods/Vex Records) \/\/

From when everyone thought Funky was all about Crazy Cousinz and the 'Migraine Skank', DJ Spookz was in the kitchen coming out with some of the hardest, grittiest heabutt-the-wall bangers the scene had heard. Like so many other producers of his era, Spookz grew up with a love of Garage and Grime and started out DJing on pirates. It's no surprise then that these influences have become incorporated into his current characteristic high energy sound.

Check out his latest release 'Bring The Beat Back EP' out now on No Hats No Hoods and his grimey banger 'Permission' forthcoming on Vex Record's 'Another Planet vol. 3'.

It wouldn't be Halloween if we didn't take things a bit deeper and darker, therefore WTR are more than pleased to welcome Proximity Recordings signees Tephra & Arkoze down for the night. Expect to hear cuts off their recent PROX047 release 'Contrast' as well as some of the realest, undiluted Drum & Bass this side of the river.

Also playing alongside us on the night will be long time buddies of ours Dom & Tom aka Mosket. All I can say is I love these boys as much as they love their music, so a major amount. As per they'll be fishing gems out of their respective record stacks and bringing you all kinds of beautiful, bouncy and no doubt dark-sided bangers to cover all bases, as well as some of their own fresh productions.
