Well I listened to both sources in a row and i think the Youtube one was uploaded from the same file, sound quality wasn't really better.

you'll most likely get worse quality. the youtube video was probably created with the 128 kbit/s file, so there's no way to improve that. plus the transcoding reduces the quality.
btw that whole folder they gave out is low quality, one tune is even 112 vbr or sth around that value...

if it's a 1080p video and they used a lossless file when they uploaded it, then it would be 256 kbps. the reduction in quality is from the lossless to 256 for 1080/720. 480 and below will be 192, 128, etc

that's some random youtube channel, not an official one. chances are pretty low that they used a losless file. hence the decrease in quality because of transcoding.
