everyone moans about that, imo vsts will fuk reason up, they could however bring out a vst host that inserts into reason as a unit, bit like the rebirth unit.

I've checked out Logic 8 pretty well. It is sick.
All the people who moan on and on about how it's so hard to use (whaaaaa

) have nothing moan about now. The UI is all cleaned up, editing is loads simpler, effects and synths are nicely updated. cheap, too!

I haven't bothered with Reason for ages and ages. There's nothing it really does that Logic doesn't. Apart from the Randomize feature in the little sequencer thingy.
Logic 8 is so good, it makes you poo out of your mouth.

Reason
Are you able to look at the waveforms in the sequencer view?
Really annoyed me that you couldn't in 2.4

Far be it from me to pick nits, split hairs and all that, but Reason isn't really a DAW. If it did audio as well as MIDI, it would be a DAW.
But, anyway. Congrats on your forthcoming Logic Purchase.

But, who cares!??!?! You're going to have your stinking little mitts on it soon!
It's reet fucking good. You'll end up using Reason to prop up that wonky table leg.
