well the stuff that caused it is still gonna take a lot of time to get over, but im not where i was last night so thats better.

and yeah ive been on the phone talking with my friend which has also helped

A face-to-face with someone might also help...if you've got someone to go out and get a coffee with. Fresh air is a great cleanser of the soul IMO.
