Those documentaries on 20th century composers and the recorded concerts a bit back on BBC4 were amazing (not just in terms of performance but perfect recoridings). Can't see someone like itv putting money into shit like that instead of x factor. BBC4 has loads of good stuff on art, music and history. I am happy with that.

I don't.
Why not? If it because you 'Don't" want to pay. Then the BBC and their enforcement team should harass you all you they want, and hopefully come with a court summons one day. Then let's see you you 'don't' want to pay then, even if it's the small calms court.
Stated my reasons for not paying. Good luck to them getting into my building to even find out if I even own a TV let alone enforce a court summons, my block is like fort knocks people are instructed to only let in visitors for their own flat and do...
If after all that they manage to get in
"It's the TV License enforcement man, can I see if you watch BBC?"
-"One second mate, ill just grab my keys"

-"come in mate, don't know how you got through the front entrance but you shouldn't of. TV is here I watch DVD's and stream HD porn on it, I don't even have an aerial, there the outlet in the corner"
"I'll put that on the system, you may get another visit next year"
-"no probs, I look forwarded to it, you take care now"
I grab my reel of aerial cable and make a new rf lead up.

The BBC will be privatised in 2 years.

I'm not denying I'm stealing it (fucking stealing it, even that sounds ridiculous) I'm an adult, I take full responsibility for not paying it.
Like I previously said, I spend about £60 or more a year on BBC DVD's so think of it as try before you buy

Wut  stealing from Tesco isn't, self checkout is the best free food invention EVER. Pick up 3 cans, scan 1, just take the weight off the scales on that fruit...BANG £10 saved of the weekly shop. Every Little Helps.
