Kind of nice to have the tracks in the thread as it runs, as well.

Okay, WEEK 2, here we go, the hero's tracks!

Jizzmaster, Relka, Doooooope track. You may be thinking about that as an instrumental, but I think it could take an MC really well. I'd like to hear a second and a third layer of performance edits there. I know time is short on the TUNA! but don't let this track slide. Take another pass at this, set up a few more aux sends, or alternate fx chains, and play your mixer live. Really like this beat. It's got that maniacal weight and space to it.

Huty, there we go. You brought the heat this week :) Hellsovyeah. Like that snare. It tickles me in my special spot.

Like the vocal sample layers. Your drum sound choices are bizarre in places. I think you could cut from ~ 1:05 to 1:25. Kinda feel like it might be me you want in the ground. I'm gonna go ahead and pretend I'm not psychotic now.

Really like at 3:41, you turn up the heat. Like those little piercing clicks at 4:10, they might find a place elsewhere in the track as well.

This whole beat is kinda like slow though. Waddya think about stepping up your hi hat game in this track? Could get this one to move a bit?

I'm bringing the heat next week brother, I'll best you, you'll see. Now that you're taking this seriously.

Edit: yeah, I think you could chop a minute and a half and make this track move. This track is jokes. Yer a funny one.

Nowayjazzy, nowayjazzy, I'm glad you got it out of your system. Intro is weird bro. It is there, but it isn't doing anything. The drop cymbals don't sound right. Just the wrong tone.

Around 00:30, I don't know about that groove switch. I like it sometimes, doesn't work at all other times...

At :38, I bet you wish you knew a jazz guitarist?

Break at :54 kinda works. But maybe by :57, :56, it kinda doesn't.

1:07, you ckeeky bastard, you're just going to loop this? Wasteman status.

Kinda like the snare and kick sound throughout. I bet you used that Molot compressor?

Explosive Snares_

Start with an impact, oooh, I know I'm in for it.

That event at :27 works well.

At :42, that doesn't work for me, that background reverb tap.

Have a fondenss for that donk at :48.

:56, pressure is on, but not on me, I sold my sub :(. I'm assuming there is a sub down there?

1:29 that high kick: dick dick dick, I'd personally like some alteration/variation by now.

2:06, don't appreciate that distortion.

Same at 2:27 and 2:34 and beyond.

2:47 I've decided to return to sodomy.

3:06/07 there is a hit, it kind of comes out of the space, breaks the spell.

Generally speaking I'm like this:

:o

Most of those issue above are just personal taste. And I don't know if you know how to do the TUNA! properly. You're supposed to turn in tracks that kinda suck... Work on that for next week.

i'm hoping that noway won't be the only one reviewed the tracks. all of you should take a bit of time and write somethin since the whole thing was thought as a productivity improver with contest flavour, not just submit and forget about it.

ok horse guy no need to be conscedneding GOSH

huty, that open at the drop sounds kinda too... open lol. i like the groove of it, what bpm is that? maybe mess with the melodies a bit more i'd say. the way it developed into the second half is great, when its finished it'll definitely sound quite progressive

noways im loving that man, groove is perfect. what did u sample for those chords? they are nicee. maybe get some texture in there, random sonix here and there u know

sais is your tune still up? cant access it
