no idea. looks like the DAW is cubase though. could be stock.

The plugin is Filtrator by TC Electronic, and part of the native bundle. It's pretty old now and discontinued, basically it's just a filter with distortion and modulation options: http://www.tcelectronic.com/native-bundle/

There's tons of similar plugins out now that do the same job or better. Wow2 and FXpansion Etch are pretty good, also Fabfilter Volcano, CamelPhat.

I think it's part of a learning process that a lot of people need to go through. Once you realise that they use the same basic tools as us, then you can focus on getting better with those tools.
