When it comes to playing and organising music, iTunes is still a very good player. And for organising music on your iPod/iPad/iPhone it still is a good program. Currently there isn't a jailbreak for iOS 7, but from what I've heard and read they're supposed to be close to a breakthrough. They've been close to a breakthrough for weeks now though..
