That "standard strain" will change from town to town so I wouldn't right off all chavs smoke at once.

lol there's these two stooges living in the first floor of my building, one black dude a bit on the fat side, one a skinny white bloke. they blaze so much weed that the whole floor positively stinks of hi grade cannabis. i like the smell even thou i don't smoke myself but it's kinda funny how un-discreet they are, considering that u can get quite a ticket for even possession in finland

I can't even think of 1 person who would stop smoking because it became legal, it's just some stupid rhetoric posted about on the internet, anyone over 15 simply wouldn't do that.
