Exotic squelchy wobble (Skream, Bro Safari)

Been trying to get a sound like the main wobble in Skream's Vacillate.

Bro Safari uses a similar sound in is tune '2012'.

I can get the general movement using massive's bandreject filter, but I just can't get that sort of... I don't know how to describe it, it's this phasey exotic sounding texture to it, makes it sound almost slipper (freq shifting?)

The only wobble used in the tune, starts to come in at 0:14

A waveform with a lot of harmonic content probably square wave, LFO bandpass with resonance, phaser on the higher end, add some crunch around 3-5k and spread the high end outward
