How do I make a KOAN Sound squelch?

Hi guys
I am submitting this post as this sound has been troubling me for a while now.
It is located at: 00:54 seconds in Tetsudo's Redemption

I have looked at many 'Neuro' style bass tutorials and have experimented with FM synthesis and Bandreject filters and detuning and reeces and camelphat and everything else the world has to offer but nothing seems to have happened

Any help would be much appreciated!

modulate several filters at once.

you need your nuero bass to have lots of distortion, filter movement, as well as other effects in your chain
