In terms of Basic Channel type stuff (Dubtechno) I'd check (In no particular order)

Sandwell District
Pysk
Quantec
Rhythm and sound (Basic channel alias)
Aril Brikha (absolute fukken don of dubtechno)

I'm at work but I'll add more later.

Other notable artists that flirt between dubby stuff and the stuff you describe above:

Glimpse
Shed / Head High
Tama Sumo
Levon Vincent
Legowelt
Voiksi
Anything on L.I.E.S

In fact it's probably easier just to go to Redeye or Clone.nl go on new releases and preview stuff. Generally the stuff on sale is 10/10 quality wise in the techno vinyl sections.

60% on L.I.E.S., maybe. The rest of it is just fucking weird analogue shit for the sake of being weird analogue shit.

Yeah to be fair I'd probably agree with you on that.

Same for LA Club Resource also.

Shameless plug:

I did a techno mix here, some of it is the harder industrial type stuff but (track 2 and 3 if I remember) but afterwards there's a decent mix of flavors of techno and house:
