Fraggle, Sket, Doyle, Mong, Mormon, Tramp, Reptile, Rat Bastard, Bubble Gut, Martian, Gremlin, Paed, Bast, Bell, Waste, etc.

Simple, short ones are the most effective.

If you get the context and delivery right, insults don't even need to make sense. I had a go at someone yesterday by calling them a Moistened Golf Enthusiast. :i:

I like just "Fucking Dick" but you have to over exaggerate the 'd' and sharpen the 'ick' for it to have the venomous effect "Fucking DICK", seen people get layed out for using it effectively.
