The sign they have at the door of fwd makes me chuckle.
Crazy D: "time to give it all you got, just ride it like Lester Pig-got"
driving home from fwd last night, dj on rinse (whilst playing LWiz tune): "does anyone know where codeine city actually is?" followed by, "is that a stupid question? i bet theres some people out there saying 'what an idiot'" yep....

I have had a few locals say some shit to me like "I like what you are playing, kinda laid back and chill" Slow = chill aparently. Honestly I didn't know 140 was even slow.
I have also heard the whole, "it's just minimal triphop/downtempo, no need for another niche genre name".
Slowed down dnb - that one isn't even funny anymore. Some people seem to think everything revolves around dnb.

Ive been livin' in prague fa' a little while now and djin' in alot of the clubs.
sometimes i get 'nuff praise fa ma dubstep set but more often than not im approached by retards askin' the relentlesly annoying question "ARE YOU GOING TO PLAY ANYTHING FASTER ?" my response, . . . "NO, IM NOT"
its pickin' up slowly over here (too slow compared to the rest of europe) but the peeps still seem to be stuck on dnb and fuckin' hard techno . . . it can make a steppa despair at times
easy now
