Tried calorie counting but as I wasn't sure of my weight etc, it was a bit haphazard so went all eat and was eating (cleanly) anything and everything. Now I've got some scales and can actually have an idea of what is going on, going to analyse my current intake next week properly and then go from there.
Aiming for a 300 calorie surplus, ideally.

So I might've gained 13 lbs since I started. But at least 10 of those went to my ass judging from the way these pants fit.
