I went for Tumble Audio - only just clocked their first release was October 2012 though.

Not sure what to pick tbh but getting some ideas down:

Best DJ: Chef
Best new producer: Etch
Best label: Signal Life (more based off the podcasts and the heaters in there than the physical releases in 2013)
Best track: Proxima - Trapped, Thelem - Petrichor, VIVEK - Asteroids (the many versions)... idk. Facta - 36th Chamber maybe.
Best Remix: Kool FM (Champion Remix) or Strategy - Return From Stars (Pev Remix)
Best MC: SP:MC
Best album: Author - Forward Forever
Best 130 producer: Wen or Etch
Best 130 DJ: Parris
Best Radio show: Gilles Peterson on 6music or Unomano
Best radio station: Rinse FM

Etch had his first release on vekta records in 2011. Free download thingy.. I did a remix for the ep.

Was big but i reckon its fair to count him as a newcomer seeing as he's had his first 3 physical releases this year & if free downloads discounted ppl the newcomers field would be even slimmer.
