ben ufo doesn't mix dubstep, but he's running hessle audio one of the best labels in dubstep's history
houndstooth doesn't release 140bpm tracks, but releases Akkord who are two dubstep producers
livity sound doesn't release dubstep but is run by peverelist
...
maybe today dubstep is more than what it used to be...
at least for me even if all theses labels, djs and producers do not mix or release pure 140 tracks, I still call what they do dubstep. imo it's an evolution of the genre.

house is more like 120-128 normally. I know of tunes that drop near the 110 range. I think 130 would mean that ambient grime dubstep reformed brostep sound
