i have insomnia, chronic nausea, heart arythmia & high anxiety issues.

Probably a gluten intolerance. Give up bread/pasta and consider switching to a paleo diet. Will sort you right out.

i dont really eat anything other than eggs tbh. 1 meal a day is all i can handle at the moment. the nausea thing has been on going for about 4 years now
