I’m currently laying the last hands on AlpacaFiles, and in a few days, probably less than a week, I’ll be ready to unleash a beta version to the world, which is nice.

In the current version, everyone is free to download and view mixes. People can also register, but new mixes can only be uploaded by contributors. I’m still looking for some contributors before I can launch. So if you have a lot of old and new, but mainly old barefiles mixes, please, please get in touch (PM me for instance) and I will give you contributor access so you can upload them! Let this be a community effort. I’d love to search all the mixes myself but I don’t have time for that unfortunately…

I'll get in touch with the people who have contacted me and give them the instructions, after that I'll come back here to post more details.

Not exclusively, but I want to start out with mostly Barefiles/old mixes.
After that it'll be a lot more flexible.

To be fair others here are most likely gonna have more extensive archives of mixes. But I'll happily fill in some gaps if there are any later on. :W:

I'll probably be checking out the old school stuff myself. :corndance:

I have some barefiles but the more known (those Kode9 gave a while ago and some others)
is it dubstep only? (have some old ukg, jungle, dnb, grime...),
are rinse sets allowed?

also I'm not sure rob agrees but I can't find any set of EE before 122 (imho most of the best are 0-100), early boiler room (from when they uploaded it to soundcloud and you could dl it), fact etc what's the deal with sites that provided downloads/mixes
edit; I can try to check everything from '00-'06 if you want to start early
too bad some of the getdarker site sneaked into the other because you have those FUCKING ANNOYING AS HELL watermarks(?) in your mixes -_- but maybe you can ask Ash/getdarker to contribute, they have A LOT (but pls make sure they get rid of those stupid :u: :u: :u: "getdarker tv" )

I'm not gonna allow Rinse sets for the time being. Maybe later on I'll allow older ones.
Seeing how they're trying to host their own mixes and threatened Deapoh when he was hosting Rinse sets on BareFiles it seems like the wise thing to do for the moment.

And yeah I'm starting out with mainly older BareFiles mixes but feel free to add different stuff later on.

There's space for tracklists.
