Title track Lost City is a dark and minimal roller; with a gritty bass lead referencing the early days of dubstep, and some tidy percussive elements adding some swing, this is a heads-down powerhouse.
Eastern Trip is, unsurprisingly, full of Eastern promise. The melancholy lead and vocals rise and fall over the tribal percussion and warm subs, making for a hypnotic and exotic vibe.
A New God is another gritty, no-nonsense, minimal roller. Crunchy bass leads the way, tribal beats and percs hold it together, and there’s a fat old school DnB feel to the sub fills.
